We start 2026 with another exciting project on the Northern Beaches – also in Freshwater.
As experienced Northern Beaches concrete contractors, we’re proud to be involved in this major renovation and working with one of the area’s most reputable architectural firms.
This major renovation is designed to dramatically improve the property’s eastern ocean outlook while also elevating the property to capture views south towards Manly.
To prepare for the extension, sections of the existing structure must be removed, including a large upper-level concrete slab. Before demolition can begin, we have been onsite installing scaffolding to ensure the area remains safe and accessible for excavation equipment and structural works.
Once the final stage of demolition is complete, we’ll return to construct the new footings, pour the basement level concrete slab, and begin preparations for the swimming pool.
