We contracted Paddy & Paul of N&S Formwork to complete a complex suspended slab atop concrete arches as well as a large conventional house slab. Before I even met Paddy and Paul I was impressed with their professional response to quotation/tender requests and their efficiency in responding to quote queries and scope adjustments. Once on site, Paddy, Paul and their team are impressive to watch. They are extremely hard-working, know what they’re doing and get the job done on time and efficiently. We met Paddy when he quoted for our very steep driveway following our major renovations. The driveway was a mid-50’s mess, the house needed side paths, a retaining wall was needed, the extended garage needed an additional concrete section, and an under house room with a dirt floor needed a real floor. It was a major job!!
Paddy outlined his flexible approach to dealing with jobs like this, which meant he planned to work with us closely onsite as things developed during construction. We had one concreter choose not to quote and no-one seemed as flexible.
Despite quite a wait (due to Sydney’s wettest ever year in 2022 leaving all construction projects well behind), they arrived as promised and did all of the works quickly and worked with us on the way through the project (providing advice as well). I can only think they went beyond the scope of the quote to get us an awesome result at no extra cost.

One of them in Seaforth Crescent which we asked 3 other companies to come and have a look at each one, walked away due to the nature of the build.
