Shaping elegance… Structural and decorative concrete for a luxury home in Northbridge including a curved driveway and suspended pool.

Stage 1 – June 2024 (in progress)

On this new house build at Northbridge, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, we are working on structural and decorative concrete work including a sweeping, curved driveway, large garage, and suspended concrete swimming pool.

The suspended swimming pool will sit above the garage – a striking feature of the property.

An interesting and technical aspect of this project are the curved concrete design features throughout. The curve of the new driveway will be replicated through to a curved Dinsel wall in the garage, and the swimming pool. The curves will soften the straight concrete lines and add design appeal. For design consistency, curved windows will be installed throughout.

Creating curves in Dinsel and concrete structures takes expertise and precision. The concrete slabs and structures usually form the foundation of a building, making them extremely important. You only get one shot with concrete so it’s paramount it is done correctly from the outset. That’s why employing concrete specialists like our team is paramount, particularly for highly technical projects such as this.
