An architecturally designed build on a prestigious site.

We’re excited to be working alongside our colleagues at Bradstreet Building on a stunning new project in Bower Street, Manly. The project involves the construction of a bespoke duplex, comprising two adjoining apartments, with sweeping 180-degree views over Shelley Beach and into Manly.

The project combines partial retention of the original home with high-end new construction. While some sections of the existing property have been demolished, the lower level of the original house remains and will form the base of the new duplex.

A fully suspended first-floor addition is being constructed to add a spacious upper level, with new blockwork now in place to support the suspended slab. The rear of the property is terraced – adding further complexity to the build – designed to take in the paranomic views.

A concrete pool for each residence.

Each duplex residence will have its own private pool — one located at the front of the property, and the other tucked into the lower rear terrace of the second dwelling. Despite being built side by side, the two homes will differ in layout and structure. One will make the most of the upper floor space, while the other will feature a larger lower-level layout, creating a custom design tailored to each residence.

Both homes will also feature dedicated garages, offering practical access and storage in a tightly held location.

At the rear, the existing balcony is being reconfigured into a premium outdoor entertaining area.

This Bower Street project is shaping up to be another standout example of contemporary coastal design paired with expert construction and engineering.
